Amazon Prime Video
One series launch, every placement it had to appear in.

What it was
A motion and end-card system for a series launch, built so one approved cut could be rebuilt for every placement the campaign bought. Titles, transitions and end cards live in a single template set, so a change to the lockup propagates through every format instead of being redrawn nine times.

How it was made
The brief
A streaming launch arrives with a fixed date and a locked key art set. The first job is reading what cannot move - certification, talent approvals, end-card legals - and designing the variable parts around them.
The rig
One master timeline at 4K, with the safe areas of every downstream placement drawn over the top of it. Nothing gets composed where a 9:16 crop will cut it in half.
The system
Titles, transitions and end cards are built once as a template set rather than per cut. The lockup is a single source, so approving a change rebuilds every format instead of starting nine pieces of work.
The pass
Everything goes through the same check before it leaves. Grade against key art, type against the brand sheet, loudness against the platform spec, first frame against the thumbnail it will sit next to.

Same rig, every account, every working day.
Every angle in flight moves every working day. Something you can look at, not a status update. If we miss a day, you don't pay for it.
